I have finished printing the invitations! What a job! I thought it would be easier because they came with a link to a website that had online templates--but of course that didn't work!! So I had to make my own templates--measuring how far from each side it printed on 8.5 x 11" paper--then taping each individual invitation onto the 8.5 x 11"--then running it through the printer hoping the printer wouldn't momentarily go crazy and eat the paper (which it did 3 times!!) It was a very intricate process, but I am glad (and proud) to say that it is finished. And quite a job well done. I'll show them on here later when I can figure out how to retouch the pictures (aka when I can get back on my own computer at school).
Speaking of school--I've only got a few more days until I go back! I'm excited (and sad) to go back for my last semester in college. I've got a lot on my plate this semester (finalizing graduate school applications--taking the GRE--finalizing wedding plans--working to get $$--oh yeah and keeping my grades up!) but hopefully I'll find a way to manage it. I'm just glad I got so much of the wedding planning done over break.
I'm also quite excited to see Ben again. We'll have been apart for 2 weeks and talked on the phone all the time (which is extremely surprising if you know either one of us--we're not big on phone-talking!), but I still missed him. I'm afraid I'm going to be such a terrible Navy wife--I can't even live without him for 2 weeks!!

Can't wait to see how the invites turned out! I will be starting mine soon - scary!
That's awesome you get to see Ben soon! And you will be a great Navy wife...it's good that you miss him!
You can do it!! I used to only see my hubbs once a week and thought it was so hard and I "wouldn't survive." Yet, it'll all kick in and you'll be an amazing Navy wife!! You'd be surprised what you do for love.
Congrats on the last semester!! This is such an exciting time for you!! :)
Wow!! -- where did you buy your invitations?
I bought mine from walmart that are a print-at-home-- but a friend of the family is printing them for me, because thats how she did some shower invitations!
You must be excited! Can't wait to see the finished product, congrats!
